Brian D. Molitor is a co-founder of Gantec Inc. He is also the CEO of Molitor International, a consulting, training and coaching company with nearly twenty years of experience, serving clients in North America, Europe, the United Kingdom, the Caribbean and Africa. Molitor International specializes in organizational development and change management. Its unique Power of Agreement process teaches a wide variety of topics, including leadership, team building, interpersonal relationships, communication, trust building, conflict resolution, reconciliation, and problem solving.

In addition, Molitor International customizes intensive executive development experiences for organizations pursuing leadership excellence. Molitor International’s “1000 Leaders” community initiative partners with local organizations to impact entire cities through local leadership development.  Brian’s book, Win Win Win, helps people to identify their organization’s vision, mission, core values and operating principles, as well as optimize their most valuable resource – their people.

Brian Molitor is the founder of the Malachi Global Foundation, a non-profit organization that exists to equip fathers and other mentors with the tools needed to love and disciple the next generation. It utilizes retreats, conferences, and teaching materials to empower men with confidence and motivation to serve as mentors and role models to successfully guide those entrusted to their care.

His recent book, Boy’s Passage-Man’s Journey, teaches modern families how to create meaningful rites of passage for their sons, in order to successfully launch them on the journey to mature manhood.

Brian and his wife, Kathleen, have four children and reside in Midland, Michigan. Brian has a BS degree in Natural Resources from Michigan State University and a MS degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
