Liability Statement

Manufacturer warrants that the composition of our products conform to the description given on their labels, and all directions should be followed carefully. Due to the wide variability in application conditions, the manufacturer makes no expressed or implied warranty for the product’s performance or fitness for any particular use. Buyer assumes all risks of use, storage and handling of this product not in strict accordance with directions given. Buyer further agrees in the event of damages arising from the use of these products to accept a replacement or refund of the product as full discharge of manufacturer’s liability hereunder. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties and representations, implied or statutory.
